Big Wavy Curls Tutorial
Tuesday, July 16, 2013 40 Comments Images

I have finally done it......a new big wavy curls tutorial!! These are the curls I have been sporting lately and I'm loving.  They are a little different from the perfect curls tutorial and is updated for the better.  I am of course using the one and only NuMe wand here and it is my new favorite, the magic wand in 32mm.  You will hear me talk more about it in the video, but the biggest differences I have noticed is that it is quicker and the curls hold longer.....I mean this puppy gets hot! Anyways I hope you enjoy the tutorial and it helps in getting these long big wavy curls.

NuMe is being so kind today and giving all Cara Loren followers a HUGE discount on the classic and magic wands with the code: caracurls (lowercase). I hope you all enjoy the video and below are a few pictures of my wearing these big wavy curls.

  3. Loved the tutorial! Do you have a difficult time curling the back parts of your hair? That always seems to be a challenge for me and I feel like the back of my head doesn't look as good as the curls by my face! By the looks of it you're able to curl the back to perfection-- any suggestions?

  6. Ohh I love this!I've been looking ages for a good curling device. And those curling wands seem just what I need!I have pretty much really long hair, goes past my butt already Lol!But because my hair is really thin, I wondered if it might be better to take a size smaller than yours?I do like those big wavy curls though. And I'd love to have the same effect so I am a bit unsure if a smaller size of the curling wand-Would give the same big effect!

  18. I have a question for you.. i have really naturally curly hair and so I would have to staighten my hair with a flat iron first. I was wondering if the nume wand would still curl already straightened hair...?
    Thanks!

  22. I have bleached and colored my hair but have a hard time with knowing which blonde to go with ! What color of blonde is your hair? Do you just bleach it every couple months? Does your hair just color easily? Thanks!

  34. Try Karmin Products Line! I have been using the Karmin clipless curling wand for about a year now and love it. It such a versatile tool! I can use it to curl, wave or just simply add volume to my hair. I am most impressed with how long my curls stay in as I have really thick, stubborn hair but they last all day with just a touch of flexible hold hairspray after using this curling wand.
