At-Home Micro
Monday, October 26, 2015 41 Comments Images

I honestly will never understand why, but for some reason my boys think my closet is the playroom of the house. On one hand it drives me crazy, but on the other hand I kind of love it. I have gotten really good at double tasking, and it's a really good thing because I need to almost all day.  One of the many reason why I need to double task is to get my weekly PMD routine in. It's a very important step in my routine, and one I will not miss even if it means I have little Arrow on my lap while doing it. I'm sure you have all heard about the PMD, but if not it's a Personal Microderm and it's a must! It is an at-home microdermabrasion that helps reduce fine lines and wrinkles, blemishes, and large pores. I'm in love with the way my skin feels, and I can tell a big difference in how smooth my makeup goes on and looks. I want to hear if you guys have ever tried the PMD, and if you have or decide to I want to hear if you love it as much as I have! Love you all!

p.s. They are giving all Cara Loren followers 25% off so use code CARA25 and have fun shopping!

    1. Educate yourself before you make unfounded comments.

    2. I agree that westcoastbeauty shouldn't have made that comment, but Cara you really need to learn person-first language. No one IS downs! No person is a disorder or disease. Please, think of how you or your child would feel if they had an "ailment" and that is how they were known. Jimmy is downs, sally is epileptic, johnny is cancerous....
We should all think about what we're saying before we speak it :)

  10. I had that done professionally a couple of years ago and I was thrilled! It is the best, the skin feels so soft and amazing. But it was quite expensive, so a "at home alternative" is great :)

I just started my blog about my life in Ibiza, fashion and lifestyle. Every new visitor is so very welcome! :)

  12. Tell me more about it.
How long have you been using it?
How many times a year? How long did it take to see results? Do you ever get them professionally done too?
I literally just had my first mircoderm yesterday and the gal said to really get the full effect you need to do it 10 times. Min that's close to 450 of an investment.

    1. I've been using it a few months now and started noticing results after a few times. I never get them done professionally because I'd rather just do it at home, it's so much easier! You'll have to look into it more but this may be a better option than getting them done professionally.

  13. You have beautiful skin and a beautiful family!

As for the PMD I just ordered one! Do you use toner after? If so, which one? Also, how often do you use the PMD?

    Thanks!

    1. Ahh thank you! I will sometimes use the Essential-C toner from Murad, when I remember haha. I use the PMD about once a week.

  14. Cara,
I love how you do your bangs with your straight hair! Do you have tutorial on that by chance? Do you use a straightener or a wand?
    Thanks!

Can you tell me which one of the PMD devices you have? Or which one you like the best? Thank you so much!
