Shades of Blue

Bonjour again! I hope this post finds you well and enjoying this beautiful day! Today's post takes us to the beautiful Champs Elysee, one of the most lovely avenues in the world. Champs Elysee, French for Elysian Fields, is this awesome street here in Paris known for it's shopping, theaters, and cafes. It also leads on one end to the Place of Concorde and on the other leads to the Arc de Triomphe. Brod and I wandered all around this beautiful avenue the first day we arrived here in Paris and loved every minute of it. We especially enjoyed walking the Christmas market area that they have set up for the holidays. It is filled with local foods, artisans, crafts, and little goodies, and definitely brings the Christmas spirit to all who are near the Champs Elysee area.

For my look on this chilly Parisian day, I went with some go-to jeans, black booties, and this coat that I have linked below that I love, love, love! I love the mix of colors and it is extremely comfy to wear out and about for hours! Anyhow, for those of you coming to Paris someday soon or not so soon, be sure to put the Champs Elysee on your list, because it is simply lovely and whether it be shopping, eating, or seeing a historic monument, you will have plenty to do here!
