Hey ya'll! I hope this post finds you with smile on your face and enjoying your day so far! I am stoked (that sounds like such a surfer word haha) to be sharing today's look with you, but first, can we talk about this rad graffiti wall in my pics below? Who would of thought a cool wall like this existed in the heart of the SLC? Seriously, I had no clue but it happens to be right next to one of Brod's favorite shoe stores in town (he is obsessed for real) and thought it was a great spot to take some pics. It's funny as we ran some other errands we had to get done downtown, I noticed a bunch of other places that had graffiti lettering and images downtown Salt Lake. I guess it's all what you are looking for eh? It made me think about how many things I pass by each day and don't really notice. Whether these things are important or not, it was a good reminder to me that we choose to notice and observe what is around us every day and I think taking the time to be more observant is a skill that I want to develop.
Any who, let's talk about this look shall we? Well, to sum it up, I love it! Both the dress (kind of a t-shirt type of dress) and the bomber jacket play with patches and I really have been digging the patch trend this year! It's funny because the patches are kind of randomly placed and yet they look like they are not randomly placed, they add some fun and flare to both the pieces and give both the dress and bomber jacket so much more depth than they would have without them. I love the black and white combo of mixing the bomber and dress, but either of these pieces could pair and be worn with a variety of looks as well. Once again I come back to versatility of pieces and these are both pieces that to me, could be very versatile. I completed the look with my favorite Gucci backpack of all time and some black boots. Both the bomber jacket and t-shirt dress can be found at caralorenshop and are going fast, so make sure to check them out!!! I hope you all have a wonderful day and thank you so much for following!!
